A remodel project is very different than building a new home. When you remodel many of your routines are interrupted, many areas of your home may be inaccessible, and very often many areas are in a state of disarray and not what you are use to normally. You have to live there during the project... we understand that. That is why with every project we take time to insure that your needs are met. Here’s how Home Control works!

1.      We tape off each area with plastic and foam to keep the dust from migrating to other areas of your home.

2.     On a daily basis we will inform you about what will be happening the next day and what you can do to best maintain your comfort.

3.      We work the hours that best suit your schedule.

4.      Every day we clean up the area to insure that your home stays as clean as possible.

5.      If you have any concerns, please talk to us so we can make the necessary changes to meet your expectation.

6.      We will assign a project manager that will know and understand all of your important details.

7.      You will be given a detailed checklist of the entire project before we begin and upon completion. This will insure your complete satisfaction with the entire project.

8.      We will provide you with a written contract that is in language you can understand.

9.      We will take pictures along the way to give you a record of what your home looked like before and after. We will give you a special designed photo album so you can show your friends and family.
