We discuss your vision of your project and review an initial comprehensive list of remodeling details. We identify your specific remodeling requirements and then create a proposed estimate for your review. Once we get your approval of the estimate, we move to the design phase.

We create a detailed, complete set of project plans with 2D and/or 3D renderings so you can visualize and physically see your project and how it will look in your home. We work with you to guarantee your satisfaction with the overall design. Once you’re satisfied with your designs, we begin to work with our partners to create pricing.

We meet with our employees and vetted trade partners to lock-in pricing and review the project plan in advance. We review with you the different methods we will use to ensure there will be no damage to your home during the project. We also conduct a code compliance review to ensure the project meets all current codes, so there won’t be any surprise costs.

Pricing Lock-In
We create a final, complete project plan with a schedule of completion and review with you the plan. We then create a finalized scope of work with our final, locked-in pricing. Once the finalized scope of work is approved, we begin the build process.

We build and complete your dream project with our employees and vetted trade partners. We match the exact specifications laid out in the project plan and, as we always promise, we will complete your project on time and on budget or we will pay the difference!
